There's plenty of bike shops in Bristol, Mud Dock are the obvious place, no idea if they do Endura stuff though.

Hi Juan,

This list of dealers is available
http://www.endura.co.uk/Dept.aspx?dept_id=3

Of the Bristol ones, I'd suggest 'Zero G' - they're good shops and if you call in advance, I guess that you could make sure that they have specifically what you want.

Well, they have a good range of Endura in the shop in Bedminster G? but i sertainly wont be going there again after trying yesterday to buy a new bike and kit. i was looking at their Endura shorts, but got ignored by the sales bloke 3 times when i asked a question. i then carried on with my main task of trying to buy a Fuel EX9 or 9.? Every time i asked a what, when etc type question, the lad behind the counter kept mentioning "entry level" and good for under a grand bikes.
Just because someone comes in your shop wearing their dirty work clothes, dont presume they havent got any money.
Oops, sorry, end of rant 😀

Oh Johns Bikes in Bath have a good stock of Endura

Yeah ZeroG would be your best bet for Endura stuff, as clubber says though you should phone in advance and ask them to get one in in your size. I think Evans also have some Endura stuff.

If you are going to return to France with it, I would recommend trying another brand as you will inevitably have to send the Endura Jacket back for warranty repairs.

I bought one of those jackets at the ZeroG shop on Park St

They've always been really nice to me too.

ps: that jacket is good as long as it's cold - it doesn't breath much at all

I used to work at psyclewerx in Bristol, we used to do lots and lots of Endura jackets there, don't know if they have these ones, give Robby a ring on 0117 9467946, i'm sure they'll be happy to help, plus it's a great shop to look at some hotties in the local area, the girls in Bedminster don't compare 😀

I've heard that line before and I know your reputation 🙂

Yeah, would be happy to if I can actually co-ordinate getting out of the house (and obviously that I'm actually around). Drop me an email nearer the time.

Their clothing line isn't all Spesh, and there's even some non-Spesh bike parts starting to creep in - just don't tell Mike Sinyard. 🙂

Don't tell him about Paul being the Director of the new Giant store in Bradley Stoke either.

Hey Alex, when did you learn to spell?

Hi Anthony, I've always been able to spell, it's just dressing myself that i struggle with. We've a dog as well now Taylor, he has to be the most useless dog you have ever seen, not nearly as good as your one i'm ashamed to say. Emily is excellent, she's the new one, but Joe's horns are needing constant trimming and his cloven hoofs have scratched the hell out of the wooden floors.

I would try Zero G first as it's my LBS and has a fairly good Endura range but Evans has the best choice of bike clothing in Bristol and definately have that jacket

I was in a T only.

Sorry for the delay - ended up going for a pint aswell. Good news and bad. Good news first - yes, althought they are very much the church of specalised, the zero g / specialised store on park street have just this jacket in stock. Bad news is you either need to be tiny or a right bloater - small or xxl only i'm afraid. £69.99. Sure they'd be able to get one if you gave them a bell - 0117 929 7368. The bemmy store might have one in stock aswell. And they were very friendly in case anyone cares. Oh, and last time I used the bemmy store, within 15 minutes of me calling to check they had a headset in stock, they'd fitted the cups free of charge.

Ah, the good old Specialized store on Park Street. I hope that's got you covered, Juan, and we can carry on hijacking?

Anyone remember when that store was Bike Tech? Happy days 🙂

Alex, I'm not on here much either, but on hols at the mo. Now living in the Hallowed Lands of Calderdale..
Get well soon!

juan,

I have Luminite jackets in stock in M, L, and XL in the Downend Zero-G branch.

If you like, I can send a couple of sizes down to park street or bedminster if it's easier for you.

Just let us know.

Cheers.

Barns, Bike Tech was ledgendary. Then it became Bate Tech and now ZeroG. They've completely taken over Bristol, innit? Fair play to them!
During BikeTech's hayday, i was up the road at Bike, but used to be up n down, swapping stock with Box. I moved "down the hill" in 2000, but by then it was Dave Baters and pretty shit really - i stayed for 2 unhappy years.
So many good people worked at Biketech, and still in the industry now. There needs to be a "i've worked at Biketech" Facebook group!
