Going down there tmoz for the 1st time theres a group of five just wandering what the conditions are like and anything thats going to catch us out weather wise. thanks
It always wet, sometimes it's like doing 20 miles in a river. Still rides well though, just expect water.
It was fine & dry there yesterday but we found the first few sections very greasy, the rest of the trail seemed extra hard going and I needed my wits about me more than usual. All this rain will make it even more challenging. Enjoy 🙂

Irrelevant for recent conditions but two weeks ago it was like riding in a river... But still one of the best trails I've ridden in a long time.
Would echo the some slippy sections and there is one section that is particularly exposed so make sure that all of you are suitably equipped for exposed weather conditions and with relevant first aid kit as its a long walk out from anywhere on the loops.
I went down a couple weeks ago after it had been dry for a few days and it was like riding in a river.. So I imaged tomorrow it will be pretty wet! Still one of the best places to ride though! 😀
