Hi guy
I am work in Pembroke in a couple of weeks, I will be there during the week.
I know there is not much mountain biking there and i don't have a road bike i can use.
So my question is there any locals that i can hop in with to go ride at brechfa etc... or show me hook up for a ride more locally. I will not have my car with me.
At the moment the only plan i have its to ride to Canaston Woods for a look around which looks like it will be mostly on road.
