Anyone tried these? Seem cheap and perhaps a step up from BB7s for 29er monstercross?
Cheers

Surely some anomaly here?
What pads do they use?
Had These in my wish list for a while. BB7s are really annoying me so also interested if anyone has tried them.
No regulatory function do not loose it
I predict death
They've been on eBay for a couple of years never wanted to be the first long term tester though, quite heavy according to the ebay listing bb7s are pretty good anyway
Would these work with road levers or would the pull ratio be crap?
"What pads do they use?" this
Not a clue what pads they use but currently £33 for a pair!
Right enough that's a bargain, I can't see any downsides to using some cheap China special brakes.
Ok I'm a moron! Cheap brakes are a step too far...I see the error of my budget driven ways!
Get the brakes and ignore the stupid scare remarks, people having using Chinese carbon frames, forks, stems, bars etc... for years and with very few issues.
Ive got 3 sets of these and they're great lightweight brakes, and use standard BB5 pads - http://www.dx.com/p/cycletrack-bike-bicycle-hydraulic-disc-brake-407967
I've had some.
They're great and use shimano pads.
They're MTB cable pull, and really really don't work well with road cable pull.
They're very much like Juin tech/acor but for MTB pull.
Just buy decent brakes and save the NHS some money.
if they use shimano pads, got to be worth a try
