Is he relocating or closing down? Shop looks very empty...

Stopped using them years ago as there were better options nearby who actually seemed happy to have customers.
No idea what the current situation is, but the relocating sign has been up for a very long time now.

Apparently trying to sell the premises, but no luck so far... Don't know whether they are going to re-locate or just close when its' gone though.
