Was thinking of doing something a bit different while I'm staying in the area and have always fancied doing the Gap ride. I've got a route planned which starts at Talybont on Usk but I can't figure if there's decent parking.
Can anyone point me in the best direction of somewhere to leave the car for a few hours. I'm guessing everywhere's going to be busy with the school holidays.

I parked there in some sort of community centre or library or something. There was plenty of space as I recall and it wasn't a problem.
There's a few options to be out of the way of folk.
Edit- it was the village hall. Plenty of space.

Most parking options are quite small, so just a case of looking around for a space when busy. A couple of options are on verge by bend in road just over the canal swing bridge or lay-by up by the dam. Or if it's really busy: down the road where the old station is.
