Station seconded but not sure what the parking restrictions are on the road into Penrith next too the station are.

Station car park, either outside the building, or in the wee multi-storey. It'll be fine.

Check there are no height /scalping bars on station approaches, some have them locked shut or open, and then change them over, so drive in ok cant drive out because theyre locked closed.
