Looking to buy some handbuilt road wheels for the winter (prob Tiagra/Mavic Open Sport).
Anyone know what Parker wheel builds are like as the prices are really good?

They are ok, but i would give harry rowland a call. He makes top quality wheels

I'd imagine they'll be a bit more expensive than Parker.............
