quick google says new prices are
Hollowtech II BB And Crank Arm Tool £22.50ish
Chain Whip £18
Freewheel-Lockring Remover £8
Cable Cutters £32
so around the £50 is good

I'd say so.
Just make sure the seller is reputable and the goods are theirs to sell (and I'm not implying they're not). Otherwise you're just making life harder for all of us by buying a second hand 'bargain'.

Halfords were at some point doing a 3 for 2 on tools.... and they do stock some park stuff so would dboule check there
