I've got a Park HMR-2. The rubber head is quite broken up (from doing stupid things with it). While it's in theory replaceable, Park no longer make the heads.
Anyone any suggestions or should I just chuck it and buy a new one?

Not sure if they'll fit, but try your local Buck&Hickman. Search their website for plastic hammer, and you'll find a selection of end caps around the £1 mark.
