Anyone have a real person's contact details at this company please?
Dealing with one of the worst cases of poor customer service and desperate to speak to a person not a computer generated message!
I know you get what you pay for in this world but they are by far the worst I have ever dealt with.
Didnt use Hermes did you? Absolute filth. Ended up going down to the Post office to send my parcel in the end due to so many failed collections. Gave up trying to get my money back...

I used Hermes the other day. Was a bit odd having a couple of guys in an estate car turn up but they did so by 9am so I was happy as it meant I could get on with the rest of my day.

Was the person I was dealing with when I had sh1t service from them, never ever use again.
Used them loads of times without a single problem.
Used them a lot but will only go with the DHL Ecomony/48hr service as it's trustworthy and 95% of the time the package is delvered the next day.
Hermes failed to show for me in East sussex but actually called to say sorry and then eventually appeared in a 4x4 the next day. I assume they use normal people to do there work rather than white van man?
Yodel have been average as well. OK at collection but drop offs have been hit and miss.
www.senditnow.com are a better bet but you pay a bit more.
