Looking to get some Ortlieb roller panniers for commuting to work. Any recommendations for a pannier rack to fit them to, they'd be going on an old hard tail with V brakes

Tubus racks every time. Mine have survived some serious multi month touring, commuting, a few crashes, lots of very heavy loads, and are still working perfectly with only a few rust spots to show for their trouble.

Tubus racks if you want 'the best'. However, for commuting most racks will do and they are a lot cheaper.

Again, not the cheapest option, but I can totally recommend the Old Man Mountain Racks.

I just use a cheapy Tortec for commuting with Ortliebs. It's fine.
