got this pain just below my knee today.. haven't done anything to provoke it though
about 3 or 4 weeks ago though I did do something to my leg/knee playing football (meaty tackle).. it felt wobbly after.. I didn't think much of it at the time... but did have some pain when the leg wasn't in a straight position in the days immediately after
what could it be?
