I have never used pads in twenty years of riding so have no idea what to look for. A crash on ice last month that ripped up my elbow and arm and put me out of action for three weeks has got me thinking that I need to look at protection.
So, I want to be protected from impacts on hard ground and not get sweaty arms. I am a typical slim build cyclist, 70kg, 175cm so need something to fit. Has anyone got any recommendations so I can start looking?
