I'm having difficulty removing the clip that holds them in. The manual and even the one on Sram's site shows the brakes with a bolt where as mine (2012) have a silver clip going through them. I've pulled on it but nothing happens.
Sorry for this and probably some other Noobish questions but just got back into maountain bikes after a pretty long break.

You need to get some pliers to squeeze ends together until straight then pull out pin.......voila! After installing pads bend end of pin back up to secure.
