Going away soon with my bike can you get some sort of bars to go between the dropouts to stop any bending when the baggage handlrs throw my bike on the plane or is there a handy tip someone could share with me cheers
old hubs?
my new frame did have some sort of black plastic bar wedged in it when it was delivered, maybe ask brant (on one) where he gets them?
a guy who sent me a frame had cut a bit of wood so it exactly fitted the inside of the dropout, then put a wood screw and washer either side (through the dropouts) to hold it all together, i was impressed!
I have used pvc piping trimmed to fit between the drop outs and then put the skewers through. Seemed to work okay.
Local bike shop should be able to provide the plastic bits for biscuits
If its a bolt through front hub then put the axle back in and nip it up
