anyone know where i could get a replacement steerer for my pace rc41 forks? i have emailed pace twice but they have not bothered to reply!

Bacsically you are a bit stuffed, there is no replacement steerers you need a steerer-crown and stantion set up.
Pace haven't got any pace ones, they might have some DT ones, however DT were not suppling them and when they did they were around teh £300 mark.
Second hand, well RC40 and 41 are the same but the stantion wear is the main issue, adding for the demand for good S/H set ups.
How short is the steerer, could you loose the spacers and get a riser stem?
Pick up the phone and give them a call? Email does not sit on your desk making an annoying noise until you do something about it.
Have you tried calling them direct - they've been OK when I've needed to talk to them
