Crazy in my opinion but surely just a slight magnification of lots of mountain bike kit....something's value is what someone is willing to pay.
Some on here happily drop over £3k on a push bike and past a point there are most certainly diminishing returns...but who cares, I know people who piss thousands up the wall, spend it on what makes you happy!
