Just thought I'd give Osprey packs a shout out for great customer service.

They have great warranty for defective packs, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were so helpful with a replacement buckle when my wife's Momentum 34 got broken at work.

I was expecting to have to pay for a new buckle as it was trodden on and broken, but they were extremely pleasant to deal with and have offered to simply send one out to us straight away ๐Ÿ˜€

I doubt it was an expensive part, but they didn't have to do it for free.

With the overall quality of the pack (higher than my more expensive Evoc) and great customer support I'll be buying their products in the future ๐Ÿ˜€

That's good to hear

Do you still have their contact details? Some stitching on my Talon is undone and it's spreading

Good to know. My current Osprey sack is the best sack I've had

Likewise. Much better build quality than the Dakine and the Camelbak I had previously

As an aside, their approach to their supply chain is simply brilliant from an ethical standpoint. Founder Mike Pfotenhauer even moved to live in Vietnam to make sure he was happy with the facilities there. They invest a lot in their people there. A very, very GOOD company, IMHO.
