My osprey bladder has recently started leaking, emailed their guarantee department yesterday afternoon and just got an email back saying that from my description it sounds like the top cap needs replacing and there'll be a new one in the post tonight...

I agree.
I managed to break one half of the waistband buckle (I think I may have trapped it in the van door). They sent me a new buckle FOC.
