Ok so as a returning ex-regular semi-lurker to these parts...
The number of bikes in my shed has reached the upper limit of d (where number of bikes you can have is n+1, d-1)
I've got an original Specialised Enduro 2000/2001. The only thing that doesn't work is the rear shock. Is there a retro market for it or is it (sob) take to the tip?
Let the hive mind decide...
I'm too much of a Snob to see it as anything by old, but I'm sure someone on Retrobikes would love it, or some young rider looking for their first FS.
It's got a 165x38 shock, pretty small but RS make a Monarch that size, they're about £150 new, 27.2 dropper and a shim if you want to modernise it a bit.
One sold on Pinkbike 18 months ago for $700 (in the US I think) so it might be worth something to someone.
Ahh that's good to know - I looked for a new rear shock a few years ago but couldn't find one
