i know they do them but they are not an option on the website
anyone know the crack -can you get any frame in raw, are they stickered up, is there a clear coat and do they charge the £100 surcharge for colour variation?
also anyone got one and how are they holding up?
I don't think you can mate, would be nice though.
I think someone off here got one. As far as i know, they send the frame as it would be before paint, so no clear coat or stickers. You'd need to get it polished and coated yourself. No idea about cost though.
Yes the raw comes all Logo'd up and looks awesome. I have one and got it from bikeactive. The fact it doesn't need painting means you should get it quicker than - for instance - a pink one, as they only paint in batches. And the added benefit is that they do not charge for it in raw as they would for any other off catalogue colour.
You local dealer can sort it without issue. If you want to be proper bling, you could get the frame polished before being primed but that will probably add minimum £100.
Worse case scenario, you send it away to be painted and have the bearings done at a later date.
