Old Orange P7 numpty help

Hello can anyone help work out the age of my P7 please?

I bought it 2nd hand in I think 2009 and have heard you can date it from the BB stamp which is OR05070360. Top of seat tube to centre of BB is 19" so does this make it a 19" frame or is it not that simple ?

Manufactured July ( 07 ) 1995 ( 05 ).
Thanks to Was on here for explaining. I tried phoning Orange and spoke to a very friendly chap who did not know the answer.

Mine begins M711 so not sure you're correct otherwise it would begin with M0711 surely?

Mine's a 2008 MkII frame if that helps?

November 2007 manufacture? Fits in with being a 2008 purchase.
