Hi all
On the rear of a five would the brake adaptor be Post Mount to IS Disc Brake Adaptor. ? I run a 160 disc

What age of Five? Are brakes post mount?

On the rear the adaptor attaches to the rear frame then the caliper fits on top .

Most orange 5's have an IS mount on rear-two holes with their axes horizontal across bike parallel with the rear axle.
If the brake has the mounting holes vertical (post mount)then you will need something like the Hope F mount
