mmmmm, I like. Looks like my old Niner EMD, with smidge more travel and 'tude for the rocky bits.

Saw these in a magazine a few months ago and was gobsmacked at how ugly they were, but having looked at those pictures above I might have to rethink that.

Toptube logo in wrong place, should be at the back- everyone knows that surely? Nice colours though.

Seems rather unsurprisingly expensive, considering the bottom-drawer spec.

Why not name it after the alu frames they did? Then make a sexy steel 29er.

I don't think they would sell many steel 29ers - too much competition? Look at the P7 that seems a rare beast on the trails...

If I was looking for a bike to tick my mtb boxes, that wouldn't do any.
And we've a pair of early 90s Clockworks as well.

What would you change to tick your boxes?

I like the look of mine, all green and black, but not a fan of the black and silver graphics covering up my neon green frame, ordered some black graphics from dnfive which I much prefer. Don't quite get all the fuss about the steel/alu name bobbins.

We've done it before, and we'll do it again.

A Clockwork from 1991 in its natural environment.
