I am just wondering what brake pads other people are using in their Hope V4 brakes. Currently I am using the stock pads but they a due to be changed soon.
Have always used stock pads with Hope's, excellent and reliable stopping power.
Hope OEM. They work nicely and last well so why bother with anything else.
Rahox are good but I now just use the Hope ones.
Another vote for Hope OEM (I prefer organic over sintered, YMMV)
I've always got on well with Aztec brake pads, the Hope ones last well but the organics lack power IMO and the sintereds are a little noisy. I would have liked to have tried Trickstuff's pads but they're rather pricey!
I prefer trickstuff pads feel like they have more power than oem hope pads. ( I have no way of measuring the braking force but they do feel more powerful without the loss of modulation)
Thanks for everyone's opinions. I'll try the Trickstuff pads first.
