Thought this may have caused more comment...
If more forces adopt it then riding (or indeed driving) with a camera will become worthwhile as it'll ensure dangerous drivers are removed from the roads.

Brilliant idea as long as they have the manpower to process all the footage that they may get sent. If it was adopted throughout the UK then it should make people think twice about their driving habits.
