I'm assuming Alan at Riverside is sorting this.

I am led to believe that the Ventana warranty and customer service is very, very good.

how old is the bike?

wow, all those over sized tubes and swingarms... huge welds and chunky BB... and then they have a tiny seat tube with a front mech clamped onto it, and this has all the force through it!!! seems a weak point...

It is my bike and to be fair Ventana and Riverside have come up with a reasonable offer on a frame exchange policy they have.
Just not sure if I can afford to take them up on it right now with christmas and ventanarider junior on the way!
I can't believe i'm saying this but a buggy (offroader of course)and all the other neccessaties might have to take priority over a new bike
