Help/advice needed please. Need to get a short sleeved roadie jersey in blue or blue/yellow with a little bit of printing on it and have no idea where to start.

I know it would be easy if I wanted 50 or even if I was prepared to pay a fortune for an individual design, but is there anywhere that will supply a bog standard jersey and just print a couple of names on it like they would a football shirt?

Buy a plain jersey for CRC (or equiv) and take it to the local shop that does footy shirts.

This is what we did when we wanted some framed jerseys for prizes at our club event.
