...does anyone know if the "old" (2006) Hope Mono Mini rear caliper fits on an IS adapted mount?
The reason I ask is I want to put one on the back of a sliding dropout Inbred.

Yes, unless anyone specced the brake to have something else on it.

No it doesn't - I'm at work so can't check but pretty sure it's one of the previous alloy bodied jobbies
