Think feet!... no idea what this one means but it was written some bars that I got off Gee Atherton so it must work, I often thought about my feet when riding with these bars, didn't stop me falling off though.

"Go hard or go home" amuses me as a notion, not sure it really helps, but I think it's spurred me on in races, the faster you go the quicker it's over after all!

They don't really help, but we were regularly shouted these commands by our French VTT instructors a couple of years ago:

Respect zee movement
Action! Reaction!
