I've an old steel tandem with a 1 inch headset. It has cantis on it but I want to do some touring on it and if possible would like to stick a big disc on the front.
Is it technically possible? I guess I'd need a v stiff one inch diameter steel fork with disc mounts?

marzocchi will supply 1" steerer for most of its XC range. Then anygood workshop with a milling machine will make you a reducer
