How much Dried Fenugreek leave should I soak to to make a handful of fresh leaves?
If that makes sense. ๐

If the recipe calls for fresh leaves, re-hydrated dried Methi doesn't work too well IME. If you're wanting to make something like Methi-Paneer or Methi-Aloo you really need fresh leaves.
Methi leaves wilt down much like spinach. If i was looking for a handful of fresh leaves, i'd probably use a teaspoon of dried. But that's going to be a quite intense taste. Fresh leaves are a lot less intense.
