anyone else have problems setting it up?

bearings lovely and smooth but when tightened enough to stop it moving about in the cups it hardly moves!

BOTHER!

No.......mine went in and set up smooth as silk.

must be something wrong with the way you've put it together?

I've had no bother with mine either. As above maybe it's gone in slightly off-square during set up?

I did have problems finding a balance between too tight and 'ooh, that feels a bit loose'.

found the lower bearing wasn't that well sealed, either.
