Looks like I need to replace the bearings on the C456.
Its got a standard smoothie headset in, any ideas on the bearing sizes?
Im assuming I dont have to replace the whole headset and I can just pop the old bearings and replace.

Thanks.
Just been into LBS to see if they had any bearings and chose to replace the whole of the bottom cup as the bearing literally fell apart spilling ball bearings everywhere. Bottom cup was a pain to get out, but nothing a hammer and blunt instrument couldnt handle. So installed a new hope bottom cup and bearing....now its all super smooth. Top bearing was fine.

The smoothie headset had done quite well, at least 2 rides a week for the last 18 months in what was last years mud bath.
