Why bash ring and flats? The forks and tyres suggest a less gnarly use of the bike. Or is it like my Summer Season Single Speed (SSSS) just cobbled together out of spare bits?

Hey - green Inbreds still work in the snow - get on out there; you'll love it...! ๐Ÿ˜€

The build looks great, by the way (but what is that saddle?!)

Nice looking bikes. Made a new year's resolution to buy a new frame and decided to get myself a green inbred too. I feel a bit naughty doing it as it is not a necessity, I'm sure I'll get over it though.

Good work on the bike but it looks as though your house could do with a bit of work too. You seem to have left off the insides! ๐Ÿ˜‰

deserter - I had the same bashring on my singlespeed for a while (albeit with Hone cranks). My son used to stand on it when I picked him up from school and I'd wheel him home. After a while the plastic part came away, leaving the metal rings in between the bolt heads and the chainring - which meant I didn't need new bolts and lost the unnecessary bash ring - see here:

It would be quite easy to purposely do I think.

Are you running a chaintug on that? If not, have you had any issues with the axle slipping?

I see what you mean with the bash,but I'm not niche enough to care about taking it off tbh ๐Ÿ˜€

yeah I got the chain tug from on-one when I got the frame, I haven't even ridden it yet as we have had a high of -10 over the last week or so{it was -21 when I built it}, I'm going to get some winter cycling gear today so hopefully I'll be able to get out soon{I had British Winter gear but need some real thick trousers or something here}
