About time too !!Why has it been shut for a year ?
Because the entire venue became a building site once again while they took down all the temporary structures, put in an access road network, remodelled the BMX track so it can be used by mere mortals and put in the infrastructure within the velodrome itself (most of what was in there was temporary).
