Yes. Within a month I went, a colleague went and my parents went. We all walked up around the abandoned Greek village in the mountains above the coast.

I had to stand down 3 guys armed with a rock and a stiff-upper-lip while my wife and lad made a run for it.

My colleague met a couple who'd just been mugged at knife point.

My mother took the knife of a mugger and gave him a slap.

So the abandoned village seems a bit dodgy. The beach is made of cigarette ends.
