Sun's out, trails maybe even dry, car loaded up ready to go and pick up a mate for a much anticipated ride. 5 metre run back to lock the front door and "ping" my right calf goes.....&/@£!
Oh well, ice out and leg up on the coffee table and a chance to watch the Kiwi's T20 cricket v England.....except there form is as good as mine at the moment. Got to love the Vitori moustache though.....has cheered me up a bit!
