My Magura Vidar forks are a bit loose, something inside them is not quite right and I'm not confident enough to try to fix it myself. The headset and bearings are almost new and secure. So I'm convinced its the forks themselves. Bloke in LBS confirmed this.
So I have 3 questions:
- anyone serviced these type of forks before and how complicated is it? They're the 2005 model
- What's a reasonable amount to pay LBS to service them?
- would it just be cheaper/easier to replace them with good condition 2nd hand forks?

Cheers

Santac, apologies buy no. Was refering to dillema, spend on xcams or pick up Revs. Got Revs & meant xcams will soldier on as is.
