Looking to give my Dad's old but unused Raleigh Pursuit a make-over for his birthday. It runs very old 5 speed friction gears. Can I "upgrade" it to a six speed cassette and chain? I'd also like to change the Simplex rear mech if I can find something suitable. Can use most modern cheap rear mechs to run 5/6 speed?
