Just swapped an air shock for a coil, the air shocks not being used for a while and I went to set the air in it, as I disconnected the shock pump there was some oil leakage, normal or not??

If its a fox shock and the oil is dark blue its normal. Its float fluid which is used to lube the air seals inside the air sleeve. See the manual about air sleeve servicing because it needs to be re-lubed from time to time

Normal. The oil is needed to lubricate the air seal.
