I did the oil on the lowers a few weeks back. Do i need to do inside the damper units also? If i do - how easy is it? Would i need a new seal kit (i think not btw but just checking!!). Can anyone point me in the direction of instructions? How often should an oil change on RockShox be done?

you don't need a seal kit but you'll need some circlip pliers. I picked some cheapo ones up for 2.99 or something and they did the job fine. They're very easy for work on.

Which Pikes are they? The basic service on the air forks (not sure for coils) to change oil and clean seals is the same as the boxxers shown in the video on this page TF also do a little service kit that you can buy.
