You need a Hope H mount as IIRC the RXF 36 has a 180mm post mount fitting as standard.

CRC have both on the same picture on their site. Think we paid £5.99 for ours. It comes with two different length longer bolts to mount it.

It is with the Ohlins as it's set up for a 180 rotor in that you wouldn't need a mount for it so you need the 180 adaptor to make it fit a 203 rotor

That's the one. The bottom one in the picture. Just make sure you put the longer bolt through the wider part of the adaptor
