I see their are a few runners on the forum.Has anyone tried an off road duathlon ? I am doing the C-Y-B duathlon in October.Their is another one at Dalby also in October,on the world cup xc course.
Does anyone know of any others in the race calender ? Home or abroad.

There's one in October (I think) at Sherwood Pines. The Evil Sheriff Off Road duathlon, or something like that.

Uses the Bikefest course apparently. Friend of mine is trying persuade a couple of us to do it...
Never done one myself, suspect it might hurt some...
