bought a set of oem fox 32 forks which have developed a fault after six months.have been told by mojo they dont cover them under warranty!!.where do i stand with this.sould the retailer cover the cost or am i ****ed??
It's nothing to do with Mojo - you have a contract with the retailer
thought mojo took care of all warranty issues in the uk โ
Yes they do, but your warranty lies with the retailer
as it does for any purchase
Needs to be dealt with through whoever you bought them from.

They may well do but it's the retailer that needs to deal with them and get them fixed
If Mojo won't do it for free, the retailer will have to pay
Warrenty and legal rights are not the same thing. You have legal rights under the sale of goods act. A warranty is offered over and above these rights and is discretionary.
so if Mojo won't warranty them thats up to them. However your contract is with the retailer and its them you need to pursue. Are the forks under or over 6 months old 'cos it makes a difference.

Talk with the dealer, and they (hopefully) will send them to Mojo who'll fix them under warrenty.
Your warranty lies with the dealer. In turn their warranty lies with whoever they bought them from. If they are OE they were probably not supplied by Mojo so they don't have any obligation to do anything.
