Flashback to th 1990's but got a new pair of Oakleys and rembered this combo. Anyone do it?

oh yes - dug my old croakies out last month when I took the kids canoeing. Haven't bothered in usual circumstances but as they're prescription specs I don't want to have to try to dive in a retrieve them

A style disaster perhaps, but when you see £200 shooting off your face or sinking rapidly downwards, these things can be overlooked. Anyhow you dont see them.

Yep, still use mine (purchased mid-90's in the States) if I'm wearing sunnies on the water.
