It appears I need some spare nose pieces and lenses for my Flak Jackets.
Short of £12.99 on eBay for the rubbers does anyone else have a more cost effective option?
They're only my work sunnys and get a lot of abuse!
Thanks
Tim

The only time "Oakley" and "cost effective" should appear together is with the word "not". 🙁

Last time I needed a new set of nose pieces and earsocks for my half jackets, it was £10 for the full set from an oakley dealer.

Least time I called Oakley and they sent me some for free. Worth a try.

Ive not long bought new rubbers for my 10yr old Oakleys. They're like new again. Pretty cost effective in my eyes.

Mrs b buys new "cheap" (her words) glasses every summer and must've spent way more than I have on my 1 pair.

Revant have replacement rubber bits (see MaxGrip on ebay), but they ship from the US so you'd end up paying more than for the Oakley branded ones.

Thanks all.
I'll just bite the bullet and get the official ones then and some unofficial lenses.
Strimming in sunglasses isn't a great way to treat them!
Cheers
Tim

I've just paid £10 for a set of new rubbers (fnar) direct from Oakley. I really don't think that's expensive.

Seeing as the genuine ones last about 5 years, even with heavy use (think i wore my first mumbos/m-frames almost daily for near enough 5 years) i think a tenner is fairly good value for money.......
