Thinking about getting a set of clear-black vented photochromics, they'd be for everything from road riding on sunny (ha!) days to mtb and cross in the winter. Thoughts and opinions welcomed, read this thread the other day-any other things to watch out for? We are at 3rd gen or beyond yet, that seems to be the tipping point for a lot of tech stuff.

I have the vented Black Iridium Photochromics in my Jawbones.

Whilst I would love a pimpy Iridium lens of some sort for the pose value there is just no point as the Photochromic lens is brilliant and covers everything.

other option is to buy a new lense for my m frames, currently use a non vented persimmon which is ok but steams up in the cold and not dark enough for sunny days. Don't think they do a m frame photochromic lense that's worth buying instead of radarlocks (which are £146 all in)

Really like my Photochromic Jawbones. Wouldn't bother with Radarlocks myself, solves a non-existent problem as you still have to finger the lenses to change them, which would be the advantage for me. Don't look as neat as normal ones IMO, which are fantastic. YMMV.

i tried mates jawbones and prefer not having the frame all the way round but maybe i'll have another shot. Can't get 'old' radars with clear-black vented lense anymore or i'd buy them
