I know, random title.
I have a Giro Xen helmet, perfect fit and had it for a few years now.
Now, when I wear the Oakley Half Jackets, because the arms of the glasses are thick I actually cant wear them properly, they either end up being loose on my face, or dig into the side of my head.
Does anybody else have this problem?
Will swapping them for Flak Jackets make a difference? As their arms appear to be a bit more 'flat'.
Thanks!
I've got both half jackets and flack jackets. I use the flack jackets on the bike a lot and they seem fine, the arms on the flack jackets are a lot flatter than the half jackets.
I run the flack jackets with the arms over the helmet straps, as I find the helmet straps squeeze the arms slightly when worn under the straps, lifting the nose piece off my face so they move around a bit. Not had a problem with them moving around while worn over the helmet straps.
No problem with Half Jackets or Flak Jackets here. Oakley have just released the new Half Jacket
Andy, as stupid as this may sound I never actually thought of trying them over the plastic head mould bit... they fit perfect!
You have saved me a lot of faffing around ๐
Thanks!
